KWF Bookkeeper — an internal tool of the Kevin Winter Foundation Inc.
Effective October 12, 2026.
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of KWF Bookkeeper (the "Connector"), a software connector operated by the Kevin Winter Foundation Inc. ("the Foundation", "we", "us") that reads data from the Foundation's own QuickBooks® Online company through Intuit's APIs.
The Connector is licensed solely to the Foundation for use with the Foundation's own QuickBooks Online company file. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to any other person or organization. No one other than the Foundation's authorized administrator may connect, configure, or operate it.
The Connector is configured for read-only access. It retrieves reports and records; it does not create, modify, or delete data in QuickBooks Online. Any corrections to the Foundation's books are made separately by the Foundation's bookkeeper through QuickBooks Online itself.
Authorized users are the Foundation's administrator and the Foundation's staff and bookkeeping assistants (including AI-based assistants operated by the Foundation) acting on the Foundation's behalf. Each authorized user must keep connection credentials confidential and use the Connector only for the Foundation's bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance work.
Use of the Connector is also subject to the Intuit Developer Terms and the QuickBooks Online terms that apply to the Foundation's account. Where this Agreement and those terms conflict, Intuit's terms control with respect to Intuit's services.
The Connector is built on open-source software that integrates with Intuit's published QuickBooks Online APIs. The Foundation's data remains the Foundation's property. Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
The Connector is provided "as is" for the Foundation's internal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation makes no warranties regarding the Connector and is not liable to any authorized user for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
The Foundation may disconnect the Connector at any time from QuickBooks Online or the Intuit Developer portal. On disconnection, stored access credentials are removed from the Foundation's systems.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, where the Foundation is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not limit the Intuit Developer Terms or the QuickBooks Online terms, which continue to govern the Foundation's use of Intuit's services.
