KWF Bookkeeper

KWF Bookkeeper — an internal tool of the Kevin Winter Foundation Inc.

KWF Bookkeeper is a private, read-only reporting connector that the Kevin Winter Foundation Inc. (a 501(c)(3) private foundation) uses to read its own QuickBooks Online company file. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and is used only by the foundation's authorized staff and the foundation's AI bookkeeping assistant.

What it does

• Reads financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, transaction detail), customers, vendors, and journal entries from the foundation's QuickBooks Online company.
• Creates, edits, or deletes nothing. Write operations are disabled in this deployment and are not enabled for the connector; corrections are made by hand by the foundation's bookkeeper.

Who may use it

Only the foundation's administrator may authorize the connection, using the foundation's QuickBooks Online administrator account. There is nothing for other users to launch here.
